Terms and Conditions for MarryMint

Welcome to MarryMint(“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MarryMint mobile application and website (collectively, the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using MarryMint, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our App.

1. About MarryMint

MarryMint is a wedding management platform designed to help users plan, organize, and manage wedding-related activities such as guest lists, budgets, tasks, and events.

2. Eligibility

To use MarryMint, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.

3. Account and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. Use of the App

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

• Upload or share any offensive, obscene, or copyrighted material without permission.

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

5. Content Ownership

• All logos, designs, graphics, and other intellectual property on MarryMint are owned by us.

• You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as photos, names, and events) but grant MarryMint permission to display it within the App for your personal use.

6. Payment and Subscription (if applicable)

• Some features of MarryMint may be available on a paid or subscription basis.

• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

• We do not store any payment card details.

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may include links or integrations with third-party services (e.g., cloud storage, vendor listings).
We are not responsible for any third-party content, actions, or privacy practices.

9. Termination of Account

You may delete your account anytime within the App settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our Terms or are inactive for extended periods.

10. Limitation of Liability

MarryMint is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Subscription Plans & Usage Limits

MarryMint offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to any plan, you agree to the pricing, features, and limitations associated with that plan.

• Interval: Lifetime
• Usage Limits:
  • Maximum active weddings: 1
  • Maximum collaborators per wedding: 2
  • Maximum guests per wedding: 100
  • Storage limit: 50 MB

b. Pro Monthly Plan

• Code: PRO_MONTHLY
• Price: ₹299 per month
• Interval: Monthly
• Usage Limits:
  • Maximum active weddings: 3
  • Maximum collaborators per wedding: 5
  • Maximum guests per wedding: 500
  • Storage limit: 1 GB (1024 MB)

c. Premium Monthly Plan

• Code: PREMIUM_MONTHLY
• Price: ₹599 per month
• Interval: Monthly
• Usage Limits:
  • Maximum active weddings: 10
  • Maximum collaborators per wedding: 20
  • Maximum guests per wedding: Unlimited
  • Storage limit: 5 GB (5120 MB)

d. Premium Yearly Plan (Discounted)

• Code: PREMIUM_YEARLY
• Price: ₹4,999 per year (approx. 30% discount)
• Interval: Yearly
• Usage Limits:
  Same as PREMIUM_MONTHLY:
  • Maximum active weddings: 10
  • Maximum collaborators per wedding: 20
  • Maximum guests per wedding: Unlimited
  • Storage limit: 5 GB (5120 MB)

13.2 Billing & Renewal

• Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

13.3 Plan Changes

• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
• Upgrades take effect immediately, and charges will be prorated where applicable.
• Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle and may limit certain features or access based on the selected plan.

13.4 Usage Limits Enforcement

• If you exceed your plan limits (e.g., storage, number of weddings, collaborators, or guests), certain features may be restricted until you upgrade or remove excess data.
• MarryMint is not responsible for any loss of functionality or data resulting from exceeding plan limits.

13.5 Plan Modifications

• MarryMint reserves the right to modify pricing, plan features, or limits with prior notice.
• Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated plan terms.
